World's most costly house in London

A flat in central London was the most costly house in the world, with a price understood to go beyond £115m. The flat in St James Square, central from 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace, was decided preparation permission last week. The value of the off-plan sale states that the worlds most classy properties are not yet being strike by the international financial crisis.

It is to be imprinted out of a seven-storey 1930s office block that would be used to create a sum of six extravagant apartments. The figure goes beyond the £100m asking price for the most luxurious apartment at One Hyde Park, the Candy & Candy development designed by the Richard Rogers Partnership.
