Hawke's Bay houses 'unaffordable'

Houses in Hawke's Bay have been tagged as "seriously unaffordable" in a survey approved out by Australian company Demographia, which looked at 272 markets in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Great Britain and the United States.
New Zealand came second to Australia as the least affordable place to buy a home.
In conditions of cities, Vancouver in Canada topped the "most unaffordable" list follows by Sydney and the Sunshine Coast.
In New Zealand, Tauranga was the least affordable market, with a median several of 6.8.
It ranked as the 20th least affordable place to live among all the cities in the review.
Auckland, ranked 22nd, was the least affordable larger market, with a median numerous of 6.7, while Christchurch, 6.1, ranked 31st, and Wellington, 5.7, ranked 41st, were also severely unaffordable.
